We want you to love your Orilla pieces as much as we love creating them. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You may return unworn and undamaged items within 7-10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • To start a return, please contact us at (Orilla.bymar@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for the same item in case of damage or defect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsable for return shipping costs unless there was an error on our part.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Orilla is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting an order.

We are happy to assist you with tracking information, but we cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
